It was also missing the drama missing from The Time-Traveller's Wife film (which is based on a much better book, which pre-dates Journeyman by some years...). Dollhouse was kind of still-born - political nonsense with production meant it wasn't until over half-way through the season that the actual plot started. Still, YMMV. It’s a pity that Journeyman was just really tedious after the first episode. It was also missing the drama missing from The Time-Traveller’s Wife film (which is based on a much better book, which pre-dates Journeyman by some years…).
